The chair has been designed and created by Danish furniture designer Hans. J.Wegner in the year 1948. Available in Oak or Ash color the chair is made up of highly strong material. The chair comes with a lightly padded classic seat which is comfortable and cute in looks. Originally named the round chair it was given this name after it was used in the first televised election debate in 1960 between John F Kennedy and Richard Nixon. The wooden frame of the chair is strongly crafted and with an arched backrest, it provides enough back support to the person sitting in it.
