The story behind the Arne Jacobsen Golden Egg Stool
The Arne Jacobsen Egg Stool was positioned alongside his Egg Chair in the lobby of the Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. This exclusive hotel was designed inside and out by Jacobsen, and showcased his lighting, chairs, tables and more. Arne Jacobsen's pioneering minimalist style made him one of the most influential designers of the 20th century. The Golden Egg Chair and Stool is a perfect tribute to his contribution to furniture design and his place in the history books.

Arne Jacobsen
1902-1971 (Denmark)
Arne Jacobsen was one of Denmark’s most influential modern designers and a pioneer of minimalist Danish style.
