No product always come to you without the quality being judged immediately after manufacture and again after arrive at our store.

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is not 100% satisfied, please contact us at info@STIN.com and may file a claim for you. It is stress-free and we are always trying to find a quick solution that works for both.
This manufacturing guarantee covers all manufacturing faults or problems of material or processing. If the product is used in the prescribed manner and is damaged, you will be covered. We cannot damage caused by abuse or accident, unpacking and reasonable wear. The 10 year warranty applies to all purchases of products from March 2016. Any purchase before and after March 2013 is valid for 10 years covered by the warranty and any purchase in March 2013, as a safety standard 1 year.
